How do I pay?
For Indian clients: UPI transfer to pandeshivanshu18@okaxis or by scanning the QR code on the Consultation Form page. For international clients: PayPal via the International page. After payment, share a screenshot of the confirmation along with your booking details.
When will I receive my report or consultation?
The Detailed PDF Report is delivered within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Consultations are scheduled within 24 hours of receiving your booking details. Once you pay, you also receive a Calendly link to choose a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday slot.
What information do I need to provide?
Your full name, date of birth, time of birth (as precise as possible, from a birth certificate if available), place of birth (city, state, country), what you would like to focus on in the reading, and payment confirmation.
Are the readings really by a human?
Yes. The chart calculations are done by software (my own, copyright-filed and validated against Jagannatha Hora). The interpretation, the reasoning, the handwritten notes, and every conclusion are mine. No AI-generated content is delivered as a reading.
What happens if I need to reschedule a consultation?
Reach out via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24 hours is possible for genuine emergencies but is otherwise discouraged.
Do you offer refunds?
A full refund is available if you cancel before your chart has been analysed (typically within 24 hours of payment). Once analysis has begun, refunds are not possible because the work is already done. If you have concerns about the reading itself, email me and I will make it right.
Which service should I choose?
If you are new to astrology and want a taste, start with the Yearly Dashboard (₹540). If you want the full reading, choose the Detailed Report (₹900). If you want to talk it through, book the 1:1 Consultation (₹1,800), which includes the report. If you are choosing between marriage matches, book the Compatibility Report (₹1,500). For a long-term relationship with the practice, consider the Patron Membership (₹5,000).
What about the software behind the readings?
The natal chart engine and the compatibility engine are both my own work, filed with the Government of India Copyright Office (Diary No. LD-23684/2026-CO). Every chart is cross-checked against Jagannatha Hora, the reference-standard software used by professional astrologers worldwide. The full validation methodology is documented on the Credentials page and, for members, the Proof & Method page.
Can I book on behalf of a family member?
Yes. Just include their birth details instead of yours in the booking form. Vedic tradition asks for the individual to be present for the consultation where possible, but readings for absent family members are common with your permission.
How do I get in touch with a specific question?
