Why I Chose the Shivanshu Consults Logo

A Symbol of Shakti, Sacred Geometry, and Vedic Wisdom

A logo is often seen as a visual identity. For me, it is much more than that. It is a representation of my philosophy, my spiritual beliefs, and my approach towards Vedic astrology.

Every line, every triangle, every circle, and every symbol in the Shivanshu Consults logo was designed with intention. It reflects the values that guide both my life and my consultations.

Inspired by Sacred Geometry

The foundation of the logo lies in sacred geometry. At first glance, the design appears to be a harmonious arrangement of circles and triangles. Observed carefully, the intersecting triangles create a star-like geometric pattern inspired by the principles of the Shri Yantra.

While the logo is not intended to be a literal Shri Yantra, it draws inspiration from its philosophy of cosmic balance, harmony, and divine energy. The Shri Yantra has long been regarded as one of the most profound symbols of creation, consciousness, and spiritual evolution. I wanted my logo to subtly reflect those timeless principles.

The Triangle: The Most Sacred Shape

The triangle is one of the most significant geometric forms in Vedic philosophy. In astrology, the number three holds special importance because it represents the Trikona (Trine) houses, namely the 1st, 5th, and 9th houses of a horoscope.

These three houses symbolize:

• First HouseThe Self, Identity, and Life Path.
• Fifth HouseIntelligence, Creativity, Mantras, and Purva Punya.
• Ninth HouseDharma, Higher Wisdom, Fortune, and Spiritual Guidance.

Together, these houses form the Dharma Trikona, the foundation of purpose, wisdom, and righteous living. By incorporating triangular geometry into the logo, I wanted to reflect this sacred principle that lies at the heart of Vedic astrology.

The Eight Directions

The logo expands equally in eight directions. These eight directions are deeply respected in both Vastu Shastra and Vedic Astrology, representing balance, order, and harmony with the universe.

Every direction carries its own significance and reminds us that life cannot be understood through a single lens. Career, relationships, health, wealth, spirituality, family, knowledge, and purpose are all interconnected. The symmetry extending into all eight directions symbolizes holistic guidance rather than focusing on just one aspect of life.

The Trident: My Symbol of Shakti

At the center of the logo stands a Trident, the Trishul. It is widely recognized as a symbol associated with both Lord Shiva and Divine Shakti. For me, however, it carries a deeply personal meaning.

As a devotee of Shakti, I chose the Trishul to represent the Divine Feminine, the cosmic energy that creates, nurtures, protects, and transforms.

It reminds me that true guidance should empower people, helping them discover strength within themselves rather than becoming dependent on external predictions. This central symbol serves as the spiritual heart of the logo.

Circles: The Cosmic Cycle

Surrounding the geometry are concentric circles representing the eternal movement of time. In Vedic philosophy, existence is cyclical. Birth, karma, growth, challenges, transformation, and liberation are all part of an ongoing journey. Every horoscope is a snapshot of this larger cosmic rhythm, and the circles symbolize that eternal flow.

Symmetry Represents Precision

Astrology is often misunderstood as intuition alone. In reality, authentic Vedic astrology is built upon astronomical calculations, planetary positions, divisional charts, yogas, dashas, and precise mathematical principles. The symmetry of the logo reflects this balance between intuition and disciplined analysis.

Black and Gold

The colors were chosen with equal care. Black represents depth, mystery, discipline, and the infinite cosmos. Gold symbolizes wisdom, prosperity, divine illumination, and higher knowledge. Together, they create a timeless identity that is both spiritual and professional.

More Than a Logo

For me, this logo is not merely a brand identity. It is a visual representation of everything I believe in:
